By accessing or using the AutoAssembler web app available at app.autoassembler.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by C-Infinity, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in California ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms apply only to the AutoAssembler web app. Customer-controlled, private-cloud, and private-VPC deployments of AutoAssembler are governed by the applicable enterprise agreement, order form, or end-user license agreement—not these Terms—unless that agreement expressly states otherwise.
2. Service Description
The AutoAssembler web app allows users to upload and analyze STEP (Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data) files containing 3D assembly models. It provides automated design analysis, visualization, and related functionality for evaluation and demonstration purposes.
2.1 Evaluation use
The AutoAssembler web app is provided for evaluation and demonstration purposes. By using it, you acknowledge that:
- Available functionality may differ from customer-controlled enterprise deployments.
- Features may be modified, added, or removed without notice.
- Availability and performance may vary, and access may be interrupted.
- The Service is not intended for critical business operations.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Registration
- You may be required to create an account to use AutoAssembler.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Acceptable Use

- AutoAssembler, including its AI technology, algorithms, original content, and functionality, is owned by C-Infinity, Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- The AutoAssembler name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of C-Infinity, Inc.
5. Privacy and Data Security
5.1 File Storage
- Files are stored securely on US-based servers.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your uploads.
- We do not guarantee absolute security of uploaded files.
- We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5.2 Data Usage
- We collect and analyze usage data to improve AutoAssembler.
- We may use anonymized data to train and improve our AI models.
- We do not sell or share your STEP files with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability
